Polices & Client Agreement

At Ananda Mobile Massage, each session is intentionally scheduled and thoughtfully prepared. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies prior to booking.

Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

​

  • 50 % Deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon for corporate or recurring clients.

​

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit/debt card, cash, and approved invoicing for established corporate clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge

​

  • Appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service rate.

​

  • Same day cancellations are non-refundable.

Late Start

  • If you are not ready at the scheduled start time, your session will still end at the original scheduled time.

​

  • The full session fee applies regardless of shortened session time.

​

  • If I am delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, your session time will be adjusted accordingly.

Client Environment Requirements

To provide the best possible service, clients are asked to:

  • Provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable space with enough room for a massage table

​

  • Ensure pets are secured in another room during the session

​

  • Maintain a respectful environment 

Health & Safety

Clients should disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior the session.

​

Massage services are provided for relaxation, muscular discomfort, and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

Scope of Practice & Professional Boundaries 

  • Massage therapy is strictly professional and nonsexual.

​

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due.

Right to Refuse Service

Ananda Mobile Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Agreement

By booking a session you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies.
