Polices

Ensuring satisfaction and safety is the first priority. Please review the polices and procedure to understand the expectation of both clients and therapist.

  • Confidentiality is essential. Treatments and discussions during sessions are kept private unless permission or written consent is given

  • 12-hour cancellation is required. Failure to cancel or reschedule 12 hours before appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee

  • Access to massage location or site must be granted 5-10minutes before appointment time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee

  • Plenty of space should be provided for massage table or chair, stool, and therapist 

  • All pets should be caged or away from treatment area (Expectations for qualified service animal)

  • Solicitations is unethical and unaccepted. Solicitation of any kind will result in termination of session without refund 

  • Client or therapist may end the session at any time due to comfort or safety concerns

What to Expect

  • After booking appointment an email confirmation will be sent along with a link to complete intake forms


  • Therapist will contact client 30 minutes before appointment to confirm estimated arrive time, parking arrangements, and/or access codes


  • Therapist will arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment for set up and consultation


  •  Therapist will wait in a designated place will client disrobes


  • During session client is encouraged to communicate comfort and pressure


  • Once session is over therapist will go over any treatment plans, complete check out and break down massage equipment
